HOW DO I PAY FOR A QUICK CULTURE TOUR?
We accept most credit cards. A credit card will hold your reservation, but you are not charged until 24-hours prior to your tour.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY QUICK CULTURE TOUR?
For cancellations of less than 24-hours, there will be no refund or credit but you may re-book for another time.
WHAT IF I’M LATE FOR MY QUICK CULTURE TOUR OR DO NOT SHOW UP?
For no-shows or if you’re late your tour will be shortened by the minutes lost. More than 30 minutes is considered a no-show.
